It was clear to me in the late 1990s that the Web would be the prime medium for communication of travel guidance. My first website, TurkeyTravelPlanner.com, went online in October 2002, and soon became the most popular website for guidance to that destination, with 5,000 pages and visitors from 223+ countries.

NewEnglandTravelPlanner.com was next, and has been online for more than two decades.

Then FranceTravelPlanner.com, with 2000+ pages now, and a worldwide following, written, photographed, designed and published with my wife (and former French major) Jane Fisher.

I decided to do two small websites to places I love and know well: Venice, Florida, and Concord, Massachusetts.

On March 1, 2019, I sold TurkeyTravelPlanner.com to new owners who could give it a thorough technical overhaul.

None of my websites use any AI ("artificial intelligence"), and all of my websites are offered to the world for free. I don't collect data or your personal information (although Google may).
